update

Well its now the end of the month and nthing has happened on the robbery front optus finally send me the transcript of the calls made from my phone which I took to the police .
The phone theif even called a taxi twice but the police still don't think they have a led what do they want I signed confession that I had to get myself?
Must stop dwelling about it.

Everything is almost back to normal just wanting for the people who the insures send us to call back with a time to get the car done and then all worries will be over.

My youngest Ds went back to school to complete his final year.
My eldest ds is going to enroll tomorrow at TAFE and hopefully get into the course he wants.

My mum is visiting Sunny qld at the moment as my sister is turning 50 and her kids have flown her up there from canberra to celebrate with them and their children.

The Dog is getting better we have decided to keep the name she came with Diamond but we shorten it to DI DI or sometimes Lady DI.
We still can't get her to walk on a lead without so much trouble.

The house is still not repaired and now they say mum will have to move everything out of her Granny Flat as they have to replace roof and ceiling.
So hoping the insurance company will pay for a shipping container or arrange removalists and storage for the stuff.
(please forgive spelling error blogger doesn't want to correct tonight)

Work is fine just wish I had more of it.

another update

we bought new phones today and when I reactivated my Sim card ( as I had $65 credit) I started to get phones from people who the robber had rung and now I have a couple of names.
SO we called the crime stoppers line and told us to contact our local police station.
SO we offered to drop the numbers and info down to the police station and said no we'll send out a car to you.
SO two hours later I had two cops on the doorstep and I gave them the numbers that had rang and they didn't even want to see the messages.
They also told me that it was less likely I would get my property back at this stage so reassuring aren't they?
I got my purse back and handbag on the 30th having been left in the neighbours backyard that we thought the cops had checked. No prints of course (no they smudged too many retrieving it) they also were cowboys as well treating it as a lark (my neighbour has a huge garden with lots of plants and as they were returning to the police car they were singing songs about being in a jungle)
I would be so happy just to get the keys back.
Dog is beautiful really coming out of her shell around us (well me mum and dh) the kids don't spend any time with her and wonder why she still shys away from them.
