one year later

It has now about a year since I had my first major troubles at work and thought it was time to update again.

As of ths week I am resigning from permanent part time to casual.

The reason is I am supposed to work 10hours a week which is fine for three weeks of the month but as I want a weekend off at least once a month I have to work a weekday and thats when dragonlady works and every month I have worked with her I have had to report to the office for something or she chooses the time to put me down. So I really couldn't cope working for her at anytime.

Also I have a new job one day a week for three hours in the afternoon. Its not much I know but I am now a supervisor! yah! I have one junior it is great.

It is a great job the people I work for are great.

Also since my last blog my family has decided to have a lifestyle change and we are losing weight. So far my dh has lost 12 kilos, my eldest has lost 20 kilos and I have lost 11 kilos. Our youngest doesn't need to lose weight but has been working out to build muscle.
It has been hard at times but it is working for us.

I am hoping to be three dress sizes down by december for my eldest 18th when my family are coming to visit, also next year we have so many family events and heaps of photos taken and I want to look great. There are two weddings one 50th one 80th another 18th and a 21st thats just the family events let alone friends events.
